|
24mm x 48mm - Single Display - Low Cost - Smarter Logic for Superior Control - Universal Sensor Input - Bumpless Transfer - Security Lockout - Automatic Tuning of PID Parameters - Digital Communications - °F or °C Selectable - NEMA 4X/IP65 Water and Corrosion Resistant Front Panel - UL, CE Agency Approvals - 3 Year Warranty - Programming Port
The ETR-3000 is a 1⁄32 DIN size, low cost temperature controller. The compact panel footprint this controller offers is in no way directly proportional to the features that are offered. Housed inside of a case formed of a single mold, the ETR-3000 samples one of 17 process input types at 5 times per second providing quick, responsive control. A menu of over 40 parameter choices placed into various security groups creates a high level of flexibility while still user friendly. The SEL function allows the user to select frequently accessed parameters and move them to the front of the program providing instant access. Simple one touch auto-tuning will adjust the controller to respond according to your individual process characteristics. All parameters are retained in a nonvolatile memory when the power is shut off. A NEMA 4X front panel is featured for applications requiring wash-down such as in the food processing industry. The ETR-3000 is full of features and available at an industry low price. |

ETR-3400 1/32 DIN Microprocessor Based Smarter Logic® Temperature Control |

24mm x 48mm - Smarter Logic for Superior Control - NEMA 4X/IP65 Front Panel - Universal Sensor Input - Analog Input for Remote Set Point Adjustment - Second Set Point - Loop Break Alarm - Heater Break Alarm - Auxiliary 20VDC/25mA Power Supply - 10 per Second Sample Rate - Selectable Set Point or Process Value Display - Bumpless Transfer - 18 bit A/D Converter - Digital Communications - UL/cUL, CSA. CE Agency Approvals - 3 Year Warranty
The ETR-3400 Smarter Logic microprocessor-based control features a bright four digit LED display. Control and input parameters are selected with three touch keys. A unique function places 5 parameters in the beginning of the menu. The menu then can be configured for a specific application. Either the process value or the set point can be displayed. Like the ETR-9300, when the current drops below a specified minimum, an alarm condition signals a heater failure. Should a sensor break, a smooth, bumpless transfer is produced from automatic to manual control to restrict a drastic, possibly damaging change in output. Programmable secondary outputs provide a wide range of variations. Controlling processes such as pressure and flow are possible because of the fast sampling rate. Digital communications or analog retransmission allow the ETR-3400 to be integrated with supervisory control systems and software, to drive remote displays, chart recorders or data- loggers. The panel depth is only 3-7/8". The ETR-3400 is a huge value in a very small package. |

96mm x 96mm - Smarter Logic for Superior Control - Universal Sensor Input - 4 Independent Simultaneous Outputs - Analog Input for Remote Set Point Adjustment - Second Set Point - Loop Break Alarm - Heater Break Alarm - External Programming Port - Differential Control - Auxiliary Power Supply Option - 5 Per Second Sample Rate - 18 Bit A/D Converter - Digital Communications - Value Retransmission - Bumpless Transfer - 3 Year Warranty - UL, CSA. CE Agency Approvals
The Ogden ETR-4300 is manufactured with custom designed ASIC (application specific integrated circuitry) technology. ASIC technology allows for improved operating performance, enhanced reliability and low power requirements. This advanced controller resolves around an 18 bit A/D converter for high-resolution measurement. Four independent programmable outputs offer extreme flexibility when heating, cooling and/or using alarms. A unique safety function, Bumpless Transfer, when employed has the ability to proportion the main output upon error mode or sensor break conditions. Digital communications utilize a standard Modbus RTU protocol which offers flexibility when implementing the ETR-4300 into a supervisory system or Human Machine Interface (HMI) software package. Couple the above features and options in to a common industrial 1/4 DIN size package and the result is a Total Package from Ogden Manufacturing. |

Easy-to-Use Operator Interface - Fuzzy Logic PID Heat & Cool Control - Fast A-D Sampling Rate (5 times/sec.) - Universal Input PT100, Themocouple with High Accuracy 18-bit A-D - Analog Output (Linear Current or voltage) Uses High Accuracy 15-bit D-A - RS-485 or RS-232 Interface - Programming Port - Manual Control & Auto-Tune Functions - Six Alarm Mode Selections - Lockout Protection - Bumpless Transfer During Failure Mode - Soft-Start Ramp and Dwell Timer - Bright LED Display Stabilized with Digital Filter - SEL Function Allows User to Rearrange Menu - UL Recognized, CSA, IEC1010-1
The ETR Fuzzy Logic plus PID microprocessor-based controller series incorporates two bright, easy-to-read, 4-digit LED displays, indicating process value and set point value. The Fuzzy Logic technology enables a process to reach a predetermined set-point in the shortest possible time, with minimum overshoot during powerup or external load disturbance.
ETR-4100 is a 1/4 DIN size panel mount controller powered by universal 90-250 VDC/VAC supply. Up to three outputs are available for control and alarm. The second output may be used as cooling control, or an alarm. Output selections are relay, triac, 5 V logic output, linear current, or linear voltage to drive an external device. There are six types of alarms, plus a dwell timer may be configured for the third output.
The units provide universal input selection of RTD’s and thermocouple types J, K, T, E, B, R, S, N, L without modification of the unit. The input signal is digitized by using an 18-bit A to D converter. Its fast sampling rate enables the unit to control fast processes. Digital communications RS-485 or RS-232 are available as an additional option. These options allow the units to be integrated with a supervisory control system and software. A programming port is available for automatic configuration, calibration and testing without the need to access the keys on front panel. |
