Safety switch for special applications

The latest development by Bernstein - the SLK - is a safety switch with interlock and belongs to the Safelock Family.

The SLK can be fitted on moving protective devices as an interlock switch or it can be mounted on machinery or plants which coast dangerously to prevent premature intervention by the operator. Other features of the new SLK include its compact form, mounting to EN 50 041 and connection using the cage-clamping technique. The switch heats up only moderately and can therefore also be used for applications in harsher conditions, such as high ambient temperatures. One aspect of importance for reducing stocks is that the SLK is not only available as a standard version with fixed voltage, but also as a multiple-voltage device for the range from 24 V DC to 230 V AC.
